Our scouting team reviews all submissions within 10 business days and will contact you if we believe you are a strong fit for our roster.

We represent talent aged 16 and above across all divisions. For models under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present at all meetings and sign off on any contractual agreements. We are committed to the welfare and appropriate working conditions for all young talent in accordance with Australian law.

No, professional photos are not required for your initial application. We prefer natural, unedited images taken in good lighting — a smartphone is perfectly fine. If you are accepted, our team will arrange a professional portfolio shoot as part of your onboarding.

We cover editorial, commercial, runway, digital and social media, brand ambassadorship, and event staffing. Our talent is booked for campaigns ranging from high fashion editorials and runway shows to television commercials, corporate events, and influencer partnerships.

Opulent Agency operates on a commission-based model. We do not charge upfront fees to join our roster. Our commission is deducted from your booking earnings, which is standard industry practice in Australia. All terms are outlined clearly before you sign.

When a client briefs us on a project, our booking team selects talent from our roster that matches the brief. Selected models are presented to the client, who makes the final casting decision. Once confirmed, we handle all logistics including scheduling, contracts, and payment processing.

While our headquarters are in Sydney, we represent talent across Australia including Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and the Gold Coast. We also facilitate interstate and international bookings for our talent, with partner agencies in key global markets.

Your first meeting is a relaxed, informal introduction. We will discuss your goals, experience, and availability. Our team will take digitals (simple reference photos), review your measurements, and explain how the agency operates. The meeting typically lasts 30-45 minutes.

Models are paid per booking. Payment terms vary by client but typically range from 30 to 60 days after the job is completed. All payments are processed through the agency, and you will receive a detailed remittance statement with each payment. We comply with all ATO requirements.

Our standard representation agreement is exclusive within Australia. However, we actively work with mother agency and partner agency arrangements for international representation. We discuss all exclusivity terms transparently before you sign, and arrangements can be tailored to individual circumstances.
